That was when I decided to drive to South America in a big school bus and take all my things and never come back. I did have a bed and breakfast in eastern Ecuador for several years, until I was hunted down by the DEA, arrested, fought extradition for three months and finally flown back to the USA in chains, where I made a deal for 1 year in jail. Why? My investigations later led to me believe that certain people in the USA want to privatize our prison system, fill them up with people convicted of victimless crimes and turn this country into a police state. Fast forward to the future. Most of my novel takes place around the year 2020 when this police state is in full swing and certain people can buy the time of attractive female or male prisoners as personal servants or sex slaves. Then I invisioned our liberation from this Military-Industrial-Prison -Complex our nation has become.
